Winter time, gardens are gone

In Clemens Garden I saw them taking down the flowers because winter time is approaching.

It is always beautiful and sad. Those poignant whispering and wishful goodbye.

The Reasons Why I hate The Hunger Games

I am seriously wondering why The Hunger Games movie is so popular in United States, and people are so looking forward to watch the second movie.

OK, I am a foreigner, and I haven't read the book before. But the truth is, the movie itself sucks. I don't even want to take a look at the book after I've watched the movie.

And the movie rated 7.2 on IMDb. Seriously?? The movie is just another Twilight Movie with the disguise of serious topics such as humanity and politic metaphor (maybe?) But the humanity in this movie doesn't make sense at all!! Or does the movie even show any humanities? All the people are doing crazy and stupid things trying to kill each other while the audiences (such as me) can't even feel the necessity to do it.

And what is wrong with the girl???? So she keeps holding her feelings to herself with only her eyes looking around warily and expect all the audiences to know how she feels?? I've never felt so irritated while seeing all the characters in the movie merely react according to what the plot needs instead of behaving more like a logical human being. And all those seemingly talented bad guys turned out to be just a bunch of fools who just can't stop chasing Katniss.

I don't know how many American people have seen the Japanese movie Battle Royale. When I first saw The Hunger Games, the movie setting reminds me a lot of Battle Royale. The difference is that, Battle Royale did such a great job in depicting humanities under that particular situation and the relationship between two generations. Of course Battle Royale is not a PG-13 movie. But if you really want to put up something serious, you do have to dedicate more to the topic instead of stuffing everything you find popular among youngsters into the movie and make it awkwardly nondescript.
