I took a 12 hour bus ride to Kansas city just to attend the Wilde Weather event, and I think the event was amazing. I met some wonderful people who shared with me their love for Tonner dolls and brought me around to ensure I had a wonderful experience.
Most importantly, the newly released limited edition dolls for this event are surprisingly beautiful! I had a glance on the new dolls before I got into the sales room and just in that glance I had a quick peak on the impressive red and silver color for the new Evangeline and Parnilla dolls. The color tone had already attracted me.
The real dolls didn't disappoint me either. I would say the new Ellowyne "A Break in the Clouds" and the new Parnilla "Ice Storm Parnilla" are my personal favorites. I have always been a loyal fan to Ellowyne Wilde dolls although I only started collecting dolls recently. The "A Break in the Clouds" Ellowyne dressed in this beautifully designed, soft color tone dress with her soft, marshmallow shaped hair. She's just so elegant!
I wasn't a fan of Parnilla because of her face sculpt was not the type that I am in favor of. But the new Parnilla doll "Ice Storm Parnilla" has such a beautiful make up and a shinny silver dress that is so graceful and flowing. Her lips are in pale pink and eyes with gleaming light green shadow, both match so well with her pale skin tone and amazing silver dress.
Also in the event, we got some news about a future product line "Miette". If I remember it correctly, the idea for the design is a combination of dark fantasies and reality. It is so exciting to know there's so much to look forward to.

Of course I got my new favorites and the gift coat looks wonderful on my doll.
As the first doll event I have ever been to, I just have to ask for the signature :)
