Noisy, fickle, chaotic, fragile. The unstoppable drumbeat forces people to confuse drama with reality, just like the movie has devoted so much to blur the line between life and stage. We shared the nightmare of Riggan's. We felt the conflicts, struggles, sacrifices, and sarcasms. Yet in the end, we watched Riggan set the self-ego free.
I'm not the only one who has been reminded of Black Swan. Surely I won't be the only one who thinks the movie is actually very different and is even better in being amusingly introspective and free.
